Neurosurgery://on-call: This appears to be some sort of joint educational effort of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and the College of Neurological Surgeons (CNS).
Neuroexam.com: The website companion to the excellent neuroanatomy text, "Neuroanatomy through Clinical Cases," by Dr. Hal Blumenfeld. The website calls itself "An interactive online guide to the Neurologic Exam," and has numerous videos illustrating how to conduct a neurologic exam.
